For refunds, include the account email, the charge details and a short description of the problem. How requests are evaluated is described in the Refund Policy.

The fastest way to report a bug or suggest a feature is the in-app feedback form; it reaches the people who build CVTail directly. Email works too if you prefer.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email [email protected] with “security” in the subject and enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access other people's data while testing.
